There are two, low-pressure steam boilers in the basement, but only one is needed to heat the entire building. It was rebuilt in 2004, and is rated at 1.6 btu’s at 80% efficiency. The second boiler is a redundant backup. It is in working order but is in need of new injectors.

The building has its own generator, powered by an 8 cylinder diesel engine. There is a 300 gallon, underground storage tank in the basement to power the engine. The storage tank is currently filled.

The building was last inspected by the City of Tonawanda building inspectors and fire marshals in 2005.
